Store Manager

Starbucks Fredrikstad is looking for a passionate and dedicated General Manager / Store Manager to lead our team at Værstetorvet. As our Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for the daily operations, staff, and financial performance of your store. You will recruit, lead, and inspire your team, ensuring that Starbucks’ unique culture and energy are maintained. You will also be closely involved in the daily operations, fostering a positive work environment, motivating employees, and ensuring high standards in service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full budget and financial responsibility for the store

• Recruitment, training, and development of all store employees

• Overall responsibility for daily operations and staff management

• Actively lead by example and participate in the day-to-day running of the store

• Create and maintain a positive work culture and employee engagement

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in the restaurant, coffee, or retail industry (FMCG experience a plus)

• Proven results in a leadership role

• Strong leadership and team development skills; ability to inspire and motivate

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly service-minded

• Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changing circumstances

• Structured, with strong financial understanding

• Excellent Norwegian and English skills, written and spoken
